Pros

I work in the Intensive Outpatient program and I love the environment in the office, my coworkers and supervisor are great as well. I enjoy getting to serve a very unique population of clients.

Cons

Company politics and upper management are not the greatest. I know they have been trying to improve a number of things recently, but the pay and benefits are not where they need to be compared to similar companies in the area.
