Great company to work for. Overall, employees are dedicated to making lives better among the people they serve. There is respect for fellow employees and a teamwork spirit among the staff. Management cares about the success of their departments and create an environment of encouragement. I have felt appreciated and directed in my job.

Cons

Health care plan does not offer a buy-on for spouses so we had to buy a private policy off the exchange
