Compensation was recently increased to include monthly bonuses of $500 (annual total of $6000/year). Hours are generally standard (8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday) to allow for family time on the weekends, as well as paid sick and vacation time.

Cons

Sunrise Services has numerous locations that must adhere to state and local policies which can make it difficult to create standard procedures throughout the company.

Pros

You get to work with great people that genuinely care about the clients they work for. Lots of opportunities for overtime for some of the positions. They promote from withing if you're positive and qualify. Great matching 401k and even a basic health plan for $0.

Cons

Company operates off of state contacts so pay isn't amazing, but it's reasonable. Like any human services job, you gotta love the work you do.
