Sunrise employs people who really care about the well being of others. These people are kind, giving, friendly, welcoming and self sacrificing.

Cons

The company purse strings are tight so the staff has to pay for a lot of items that other companies cover.

There is a huge emphasis to help the clients, even when other companies won't due to behavior issues or high needs. Because of this, most of the people you work with truly care about their job and the clients. The ones just looking for money don't usually last long. Opportunities for promotion, they prefer to hire in house.

Cons

It's not the highest paying company, but it isn't the lowest. There are annual pay increases.
