I have been with Sunrise for 16 years, I have been a direct care css for 14 years and now I am behind the desk, I absolutely love my job, I would not trade my time here for anything. I have made many memorable memories working for this company. I think Sue is the most compassionate person I have Met an know, she has a kind heart and has built an amazing team, Which I love being apart of.

I have no cons, this is the most amazing place to work. the best opportunity to get to help others who are in need.

Pros

Serving our clients and seeing their successes. Day goes by fast with plenty of challenges and opportunities. If you earn the company's trust you are given a lot of autonomy. I am grateful to not be micromanaged.

Cons

Communication has not always been the company's strong suit and wages seem to be at the low end, but the company is making improvements in both of these areas.
