Pros

Benefits that is it nothing more

Cons

you are just a number nothing more. they give "credit" on there store to buy stuff you don't need or want that you will then be taxed on. They give bonuses to people that you will have to go back and fix their work. NO ACCOUNTABILITY for management or office staff.

Pros

They have great pay and benefits, its actually a very laxed company and as long as you follow the rules and do good work your job is secure. Managment is good and everyone gets along very well so it is a friendly atmosphere. This company will pay for you to take WECA classes and work towards your electrical license and will pay for you to further your schooling. If you get into electrical here, you will learn and practice conduit bending which is a huge plus in the electrical field.

Cons

The number of skills you can learn in electrical is very limited, you will work on single phase AC/DC equipment like Solaredge or Delta inverters, SE batteries, LG chem batteries, and Tesla power walls in servicing. You will learn conduit bending which is good and home upgrades you will learn main panel upgrading and main breaker derates but overall if you want to have good electrical knowledge you'll need more experience elsewhere.
