Pros

Working to improve the environment, different setting every week. I'm just trying to fill the 20 words and it's hard to find a positive because I felt like I was being robbed every day

Cons

You're just a meat puppet the FSC steal from you steal from Costco steal from home Depot. If you do well in a store they're going to move you and put someone who is friends with them in there

Pros

Flexible hours, no boss hanging over you, like an independent contractor with a salary. Nice bonuses can make good money if you are focused.

Cons

Politics and boys club a rep who was on his way out because he wasn’t performing stole an appointment and lead that I knew was going to sell. Instead of reprimanding him and siding with their rockstar who consistently was in the top of the dashboard all the time even on her bad days they sided with this non producing agent. They were so shady they put him in the stores I worked because they knew I hustled and got leads. The HD employees told me he would just stand theee and not talk to anyone so how did he miraculously start making sales. They expect you to train their reps with no additional compensation and if you refuse the manager will follow you around with their new people and study you

Pros

- Get some free nike swag if you can hit certain sales goals

Cons

- no reimbursement for travel (gas and tolls) or for your phone, even though they expect you to commute 30 minutes to an hour daily and text/call customers from your personal cell. - no real support from field sales teams. Usually I would get 1 sale a month after setting 15+ appointments, making very little money. - no where to sit, or rest your legs after standing still on concrete at the exit of a costco or home depot. - high cost of health insurance, basically $100/paycheck. take home pay was rarely more than $500/week. - if you are in competitive area for solar, it will be hard to sell. Tesla and other companies were beating some of my quotes by $20k... - Once in RSA roll it will be almost impossible to move up so its a dead end job. Brick ceiling, not even glass if you are trying to become an in home sales consultant or manager.
