Pros

Good compensation and benefits. Work from home is common.

Cons

Their logic for who to keep and who to cut in their annual reduction in force never make any sense what-so-ever.

Pros

Many co-workers are very passionate about their work and renewable solar. It can be fun environment to work on the right team. The pay is also generally good.

Cons

Corporate leadership prioritizes quotas and sales above all else. Construction quality is just an obstacle to meeting kW goals, which leads to many issues being passed along to the next person to resolve. Post-PTO service also feels like a total afterthought as it's given fewer resources and less attention than new installs. VPs and Directors will talk about the importance of people and building up their teams, then do rolling layoffs while replacing staff with overseas contractors and implementing AI wherever they can. The culture as a whole just feels incredibly superficial and fake.
