Pros
1. Core benefits included, stock purchase plan and 401k…but, only 1% match 2. Non-management staff work hard and try to improve things; small handful of managers too 3. Remote work mostly for everyone 4. Unlimited time off, but you wont get to use it too much
Cons
1. The culture has become toxic over the last two years; opinions, engagement and even facts are not encouraged if it goes against the fantasy of management 2. Lots and lots of layoffs over the last few years; they call it “restructuring” every time they’ve done it but they “restructure” every few months and lost hundreds of people 3. Sad business model that is dying due to higher interest rates and a horrible customer experience 4. Inexperienced management and very poor project management 5. Very bad career development opportunity unless you are friends with someone higher up in the org chart. This is worth stressing, the development opportunities are truly awful and mostly non-existent
