Unfortunately the only negative is the CEO. A control freak who likes to micromanage and put staff under pressure all the time. Rude and arrogant and doesn’t inspire you to do well. Always complaining and criticising when things go wrong which Is inevitable when a company like this grows. The way the CEO is brushes onto the management and I get the impression they are always constantly on edge, and there is massive blame culture and infighting between them. Turnover of staff is a big issue. In retail you expect it but a lot in Long Eaton as well, most of them stating that they can not work with the management which is a shame.
