Pros

I had some issues with mu supervisor during my time at this company, but the salary and benefits made it worth staying. I was able to support myself and my family comfortably thanks to the fair compensation I received.

Cons

It was crummy to remember working for the heartless CEO of this company that was unscrupulous. The damage caused by his ruthless business practices was apparent in the gloomy atmosphere that permeated the workplace. Despite the talented and hardworking employees, the CEO's focus on profit at any cost led to a toxic work environment that left everyone feeling drained and demotivated. It was difficult to shake off the feeling of despair that hung over the company like a dark cloud, a constant reminder of the damage that had been done by the CEO's heartless actions.

Pros

Some really great co-workers. Note: Some.

Cons

The salary isn't the best. Management is a nightmare. The departments are severely unstable. Personal opinion, the owners seem the same. They don't value your personal time, ever. The company is successful in spite of itself.
