Only in this company did I experience unthinkable levels of stress. The managers here will pressure you like there's no tomorrow. They will keep dumping tons of tasks on you even if you already have your schedule full. You won't have any breathing room while you're an employee of this company.

MOST PEOPLE EXPECT A DECENT WORK-LIFE BALANCE THESE DAYS. YOU CANNOT EXPECT IT AT SUPER COLOR DIGITAL! The job stress was high, and the pay was terrible. Even when I worked brutal and exhausting hours, the awful management didn't increase my pay. There was also a lack of the right structure, often leading to additional stress and chaos. The top management could have fixed it, but they preferred to avoid the problems. It was ridicilous!
