Nice team but poor management and long hours

Everyone in my team is nice. Breakfast daily (if you can be there early enough) Dinner daily for free

Cons

Manager needs to know what they can say and what they cannot No WLB, expect during busy season, overtime to 7:30PM or later Very hard to get promoted, even though this year a lot of promotion, but honestly too many managers now but cannot hire. Expect delays in salary raise, even though performance review finished in September.
