The CEO is very smart and has the intuition toward computer technology and the chief architect for all products. Excellent leadership.

Cons

As the company is still growing, very complicate procedure to finish in one simple target. Need a lot of effort to get one thing done.

Management skills need to be improve. I see many bad managers that don't do anything and they're still here! Company doesn't know how to keep the good employees and would rather keep the old and lazy employees just because they have been with the company for a long time.
