      Pros

      A well prepared, very detailed orientation. Breakfast provided and everyone received a bag full of goodies. All our work equipment were brand new, down to the stapler and paper clips.

      Cons

      The hiring process did take some time. My experience was about 4 weeks from receiving the proposed offer and start date. So far it seems worth the wait.
