Free breakfast. Close to freeway exit.

Cons

Awful environment (management can be rude and passive-aggressive), and the company is AT LEAST ten years behind in their systems and processes. Coworkers are nice enough, but that doesn't exactly make up for it. Also no guaranteed 401k matching (it's discretionary).
