      Pros

      Hard to get fired from your job.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, outdated systems, toxic culture. They pit salespeople against each other. You are told "uncapped commissions", but their "commission" program is a joke. They change your quota on a whim, deals will be stolen out from under you, and there is no clear guideline for how your commission is calculated or paid. The company is a joke. Steer clear.

      Decent health benefits, nothing else.

      Cons

      No 401k match, extremely toxic environment & management will never have your back, never! Whether you worked 1 year or 30 years in the industry, 10 vacation & 5 sick days a year, totally old school! Work life balance, forget that, no such thing.
