      Pros

      Company has been pushing 'green IT' for environmentally-friendly products.

      Cons

      Company does NOT practice this at the office. Some companies will have benefits that encourage public transit like reimbursement for public transportation costs, we have none of that. Some companies will provide free shuttles to and from public transit, we have none of that. Other companies will encourage employees to purchase electric cars by giving special discounts, we have none of that. You buy an electric car and there is no place in the company to charge it. Some companies have gone solar, well... we are still tied to the grid.

      Great product and strong engineering team. Rarely layoff people unless it’s the unforgivable mistakes. Free breakfast and dinner, and cheap catering lunch. Using SAP system. Good health care, free iPhone. Nice people

      Cons

      10 days vacation. Monday and Friday morning sales meeting. Sales conflicts every other day Some lazy people don’t work.
