      Coworkers are friendly and tries to keep a positive mind set.

      Cons

      Management have no idea they are the cause of high turnover. Poor work life balance. No positive feedback. Employee engagement and morale is low. Lack of comrodery, micromanagement make employees feel a lack of trust. Fear of being 100% honest with management due to retaliation of greater work load and being managed out without references.

      Long work hours, poor management. Despite its a computer tech company, it's internal network is so unreliable. A lot of network downtime. A lot of sales have no idea what they doing.
