Pros

Decent workload that doesn’t make you physically tired.

Cons

Poor Management and Unsupportive Environment. During my time at the company, I experienced consistent issues with poor leadership. The manager lacked the ability to support the team during challenging situations and often shifted blame instead of offering guidance. Micromanagement was a daily struggle—down to controlling how emails were written and closely monitoring in-and-out times, which created a lack of trust and autonomy. Additionally, the work environment was often disrespectful and exclusionary; for instance, I was asked to attend a meeting but deliberately left out during intro section. Overall, the management style made it difficult to feel valued or supported.

Pros

company is still growing and will keep growing until it reach its ceiling.

Cons

Top manager wants to have internal competition. In general it's fine. However, Supermicro doesn't have a clear rule for compete. Individual sales always take other sales account by saying his/her channel partner did sell something to this customer. To the worse, sales managers take team member account without hesitate.
