      Pros

      They make great products and they are great colleagues on the work floor. Free (but limited) breakfast. Decent travel allowance. Love the drama.

      Cons

      Managers/supervisors can hardly write or speak English. No cooperation between departments. All decisions are made by HQ in San Jose. Logistical nightmare for customers and transport companies. No time for time or flex hours. Too many over hours. Will not to adapt to European work culture (pushing Asian work culture) People suffering from burnouts and other work related mental problems.
