The experience of the interview is really terrible and disrespectful to the candidate. Since the company deal with tier-one clients, they are very proud of themselves and the manager looks down on the candidate in this case. Super Chinese culture as well, which is hard to get into, and feel depressed. The manager also speaks terrible English, so if you don't speak Mandarin, it may be hard to understand and work there.
