      absolutely no growth and it's an extremely hostile environment. If you can't speak Chinese, you may have a hard time communicating with people.

      Boss is nice. He always wants to develop the company to a new level. Also like to improve employees benefits. Still have OT.

      Cons

      Production line manager is so mean. Not willing to say hello to his workers. Lack of communication between manager and workers.
