      Amazing potential

      Pros

      If you want to work for a company that is always the first to market, then Supermicro is your company. They have products that are on par or better than their competitors along with usually being less than the competition's.

      Cons

      Utterly amazing how much "paperwork" it takes to do anything. And they keep adding additional steps to what should be simple processes just because they don't trust their employees or mid-management. Everything needs to have the CEO's approval to move forward. And so employees are conditioned to not help make their company better because of countless public ridicule sessions.

      Pros

      Very good pay and good benefits for employee. Educational meetings. CEO willing to share vision and motivate employees.

      Cons

      Most of employees are nice and easy going, but some supervisors are using verbal abuse & emotional to manipulate workers. They are not willing to couch junior because they want to insure their job in the company.

      Pros

      Get to make a lot of good friends, a lot of things to learn. Some teams are better than other. Highly inconsistency among different sales team. Can gain a lot of products training. They also feed you well.

      Cons

      Poor managements. They are there because of seniority not because of ability. Company got great potential just need more capable team leaders. Low work life balance. Gloomy work culture.
