      Pros

      Never got fired, don't worry about doing right or wrong, just be there on time and leave late, you are the one of the good employee.

      Cons

      No career path or any work and life balance thing here, the asian to see culture, need to be there from 8 - 8 everyday nomatter you have task or not, can't go home after finish your job, it turned out you just play game or browsing internet to kill time.

      Company is a first mover, always on cutting edge of product specs and market introduction Free breakfast and dinner Lots of things to learn Very smart co-workers Stable employement, no lay offs

      Cons

      Lots of infighting at the management levels CEO has to sign off on every little thing. Everyone too scared to challenge CEO Too many mandatory meetings where CEO repeats same message No real intellectual property aside from motherboard design Trying to branch out into too many areas which are not their expertise
