Pros

1. Good varieties of breakfast everyday, dinner (but you have stay to 8:00pm to have the dinner box or you boss will question why you need a dinner). 2. 401K,, good insurance. 3. Cool and friendly co-worker. 4. Down to earth CEO and founders, CEO is willing to share company direction all the time.

Cons

1. Extremely poor middle management, they got promoted because of seniority, no sense of management , 2 Old Chinese style management and culture, people are encourage to solve the issues through yelling but not negotiating. 3. Very poor enterprise software, the existing software only can support 100 people., employee spend most to time to fix the old and inefficiency system.

Pros

-Free breakfast -Free dinner, provided that you're willing to stay past 8 pm, regardless of whether or not you actually have work to do that requires you staying until then. -Decent health insurance. -Job security: if you have had any sort of decent education, landing and keeping a position in this company would be too easy.

Cons

-More than half of the people in the company can't even speak English properly. Definitely not the place to be for those that do not understand Mandarin. -Bad management throughout the company's hierarchy. Managers and department heads mostly simply got where they are because they've either stayed at the company long enough or are really close to the CEO himself. Skill-wise, most of them don't even deserve to be where they are. -Bad communication between departments. Departments pointing fingers at each other all the time. Unwillingness to cooperate to resolve issues. -People refuse to even acknowledge the fact that their work is sloppy, and they get all defensive when you nicely point out errors in their work. -Seniority speaks far more for correctness than technical knowledge in this company - typical of most Asian companies. You are undoubtedly right not because you are right, but because you've been at the company longer than the person you are discussing matters with. -Politics rule. Even worse, they're not even trying to hide it. -Some people/departments are so scared of losing their superiority, which are baseless and unfair to begin with, to another person/department that they are unwilling to share information, and would bash people whenever they get the chance. -Lots of bad apples in the company. These people do not seem to realize and appreciate the fact that the company is already being very generous to them by giving these poorly-qualified people a chance, and they repay the company with counter-productive attitudes and sloppy work. Depressing.
