      The field is on the right trend, the numbers are booming from time to time. good place to have server experience.

      Cons

      Definitely not a life-work balance place to work, Tops managers love to ask your check mail in weekend or holidays. too much office political and tricks to catch on tops managers attention. lots of taker and less giver in manager level.

      It’s a stepping stone for you if you’re planning to join a big corp.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, the mgmt team seems not have a plan. All they ask/ advocate is sell,sell,sell but their plans sound weird all the time. If you worked hard, your team member will stab you at the back. The HR are generally terrible, not descent and bluff the salary package and you’ll never get that number. No career plan here
