      Great co-workers and customers for the most part Solid Tech, can’t say any wrong about SMC hardware

      Cons

      Toxic Management Broken promises and lies about job roles No proper training for any position, just watch a video! Long on-boarding process and no management onsite for guidance

      Cons

      Racist toward people that do not speak Mandarin. If you get connection with some of upper management's family, you are treated like royal member. Even you don't have an engineering degree but get a title of engineer. You can come to work late; you can go home early. You don't need to work OT like others. Director always comes and checks up on you. You also are included in any special email with only manager. Because you can understand Mandarin, you get trained very well compared to other. Even your manager couldn't speak up for you. Give 2 start because of my manager who was very nice and professional.
