HR - Always announce important message after working hour. Never reply emails or calls unless you are in upper management level. They still ask employees to work onsite when numbers of employee had reported the symptom of corona virus during city lock down period. Seriously? Managers- kicking ball and blaming other departments when there's an issue. 90% of the mangers are not qualify and no manner. Engineers - No communication between each department. Every department works with their little secret and never willing to share with other teams. Sales - Very famous within the company because they will fist fight and steal customers from each others.

This is the most unprofessional work environment I've stayed in. Everything here is based on Taiwanese and Chinese style politics. That means misinformation from your peers. Back stabbing from your peers and management. And expect your work to be stolen on a regular basis, unless you fight for it constantly. It takes a 'special kind' of person to enjoy working here. Working at this company has turned me into an unwitting politician and has been soul draining. I've just left the company so this is no longer my trouble.
