High Turnover, No Clear actions by Upper management just talk

1. Free slices of bread at breakfast, M-F. 2. Cubicles to work out of if you don't like working from home. 3. A predominantly Asian (Chinese, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese) workforce culture, where I feel at home. CEO is Taiwanese and executive staff. 4. Healthcare, Vision like most companies. 5, Masks are mandatory in the office thankfully, due to many employees with covid coming into the office.

Cons

1. Higher management is mired in the past and unable to change to create strategies that are competitive in the market against competition. 2. An extremely high turnover rate brought on by a lack of assistance and tools for new hires and existing workers. 3. Internal processes cause a cutthroat atmosphere in sales. 4. Have to physically come into the office M-F, even though there is no need to.

Pros

Ambition to compete with large organizations in the space. Broad client base, cheap price points. Free (limited) bread available in the morning, takeout at night if you sign up for it(must apply daily) and stay past 7:30 pm. Generally nice people.

Cons

I'm sure a lot of organizations bias the reviews, but if you go through the shilled ones here they're obvious and low effort. Gives off the impression it's a hurried order that came down from an executive to deal with low applications/high churn. "The reason we're not getting many applications is because our GD reviews are low, HR go pump those numbers up." That kind of encapsulates the issues and I'll explain in the following...

Cons

High pressure, a lot of infighting over sales accounts/territory. no remote work as CEO is a old-school workaholic who loves meetings. They have had several COVID (including Omicron) outbreaks and yet since it is an "essential" business, there is no remote work allowed
