Perks/Benefits are barebone to none. No 401k matching, no ESPP, work/life balance is nonexistent. They offer you free breakfast (which are stale/day old bagels) and free dinner (BUT you have to stay past 8:30PM) for a burrito or pizza that is not even good nor fresh. Very long working hours with no upside to it. The processes and in-house software systems are outdated and slow. When pandemic/lockdown began in March, we STILL had to come into the office to work, no regard for COVID/pandemic care whatsoever. They had production worker catch COVID and still kept production OPEN. Terrible place, avoid at all costs.

Super incompetent, incapable HR in recruiting , payroll and training . I have never seen the unprofessional crew like it. Unorganized emails, bossy attitude....last place to work for all
