Often large meetings are held, where engineering teams off there work. These meetings simply serve as town hall meetings, where non-technical staff feel the need to degrade and berate presenters for no reason. -The open nepotism. The halls are packets with unqualified, high ranking individuals. This isn’t a department issue, this goes up to C-Suites execs. -Lack of diversity.
