Pros

Having the company on your resume. Flexible hours. If you like warehouse work, it'll keep you busy. Sometimes they give you dinner.

Cons

No training, throw you in the fire. Management is very poor. Some workers have criminal past. 18 months minimum temp agency and then you can be CONSIDERED to be a full time Supermicro employee. Lot's of yelling and scolding. Poor maintenance in bathrooms. Preferably need to know Chinese, not required. Every team is unorganized and will point fingers. Bad communication.

Bullying Culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

1. Free breakfast. 2. Free dinner box if you work until 7 PM.

Cons

1. Managers bully employees, and their bullying is well-known. Everyone talks about it, and even people from other companies are aware of it. 2. Supervisors engage in micro-managing, spending excessive time getting angry over trivial matters. 3. Supervisors steal employees' credit and shift all mistakes onto their subordinates. 4. Employees are encouraged to work overtime, but if someone leaves at 18:30 due to an urgent matter instead of after 18:50, their meal will be taken away. If the supervisor tries to take the meal but is stopped by security, they will retaliate—making work difficult, humiliating employees, smearing their reputation, and assigning ten times the workload. They get extremely angry over meals, even stomping their feet, claiming they are acting in the company’s best interest. 5. Supervisors frequently lie. 6. Toxic colleagues spread rumors, block others from getting promoted, and manipulate supervisors into bullying coworkers. 7. If someone faces workplace bullying, they either burn out or leave. The bullying supervisor will never change—only escalate their behavior.
