Cons

1) The culture is very demeaning - shouting matches instead of thoughtful, professional conversations. 2) Promotions if you are well liked, not because you earned it. 3) You can get away with anything and you won't get fired - which is also a Pro. 4) You work long hours and working from home is not allowed. 5) HR is useless, probably that's why they are located so far from the main building. 6) Sales structure and leaders are a joke. More time stealing each other's customers and putting down each other. 7) Many long time employees are allowed to walk around chatting and not working.
