      Pros

      The only pro is the health benefits.

      Cons

      Bad management is the number one reason for the downfall of working here. If supervisors aren't properly trained and have little to no knowledge in the first place, how are they supposed to lead and guide a team? The work environment and culture are also extremely unprofessional. Everyone is for themselves in this company, no one wants to help you.

      Pros

      The only pros I could think of is the free breakfast buns and coffee, the co-workers are generally nice, and the company is eco-friendly.

      Cons

      Poor management (to be fair, only to some, not all). Instead of going into major details, let's just say -- Management should NEVER yell at their employees. Everyone is stressed, but it doesn't make it okay to treat your staff any less of a person.
