Job stability and sponsorships. Not a dead end job, management will make sure you’re useful. Good for new graduates.

Cons

Slow to change with the times. Overtime is normal for long time employees. Language barrier.

Insurance is ok. It’s a job.

Cons

Bad management. At all cost avoid their sales department. You don’t have any resources/support at all as a sales person. They don’t even have a CRM system!!!!!!they don’t allow you travel to clients’ site.

Pros

The only pros are the free breakfast(bread, bakery) and coffee; and free dinner if you stay at the office until 6:40 pm

Cons

You won't be considered as a good employee if you can't stay in the office after 6 pm, and go to office on Saturdays. They even don't have a transparent org. chart, e.g. the title of each employee is not listed. You don't know the responsibilities of each team unless you ask someone. They even hired back the previous employees who made big mistakes in their jobs
