      good working time 9-17:30 pay on time

      Cons

      Cannot work from home Following mostly US rules in European office. Not enough team buildings. Need to rise the salary more often , for example every January. Need more benefits for the employee. Management is poor.

      Good place to really build skillsets. Most teams run lean so you'll end up wearing multiple hats. Good place to get into the action. Lunch is subsidized,

      Cons

      Company proclaims of wanting to be an American company, but is very unapologetically Taiwanese company. This company has a bit too much of preferential treat to non-asians. You will know it walking in the office that asians are a majority and that is by choice.
