First to market, building building block solution products provides best in class compute, accelerated compute, storage, and network capacity for Data Center & Edge/Embedded environments. Opportunity to work in every technology sector in The World and ability to make a lot of money in sales of Supermicro Products. They value good health of their employees.

Cons

Can feel overwhelming at times with the # of products to be familiar with. Can become bureaucratic at times.

Cons

Department leader will make hourly employees work long hours, weekends, holidays. Basically you won’t have personal time, you will need to work 2-3 weeks straight before you can get a Saturday or Sunday off. If you refuse work extra hours on Saturday and Sunday, you are on the black list, you will not get a good review and you will pass for any promotion. This Company has broken so many labor law, employees work 10 hours or more a day, they won’t provide a 3rd break. No work life balance, Company goal is making money, they don’t care about employee’s health, they will work you to death.
