After I came on board, I had good training experiences. Also, management and staff are very professional and helpful. I have had a good experience working for Super Micro. More importantly, Super Micro offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision plans as well as 401K program and many other plans. This company is growing rapidly, and I believe it is a great place for employees to learn, grow and develop.
