Pros

There aren't pros to working for superior.

Cons

1) The pay is subpar. 2) The dispatch is filled with morons who don't know how to dispatch, and can't be bothered to do the most basic tasks to gather vital information. They constantly enter information incorrectly, or just don't bother communicating. 3) The equipment is often falling apart. 4) The benefits are way too delayed after start. 5) The ERP is terrible. 6) Upper management has hilariously skewed ideas of reality

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any frustration you experienced. We work with the state and on the federal level to raise awareness to increase EMS wages and are very competitive in the areas we operate. We do have a thorough dispatch training program as well as extensive oversight. We are consistently updating equipment, which is why we have regular vehicle check outs to see what needs to be replaced. Benefits start at a standard timeframe. As for leadership, including HR, they are involved in all aspects of the organization in order to continue to improve and receive feedback each day. We encourage you to reach out to valuablefeedback@superiorambulance.com to provide additional information.
