      Pros

      Dedicated service case coordinators Who obviously are not in it for the compensation . Service coordination staff are so tolerant, supportive and take a team approach.

      Cons

      Your credentials, experience and positive rapport with others are of value. Your race and relationship are required to advance.

      Great company to work at

      Pros

      It's very diverse, and welcoming of LGBTQIA+ of all kinds. Good workplace for people with disabilities. Women and people of color are in leadership roles. Also a good company to grow with. They try to hire from within and support employees growth.

      Cons

      You have to use your vacation time before December 31st or lose it all. Yearly raises are minimal if you're not moving up
