When I first started working for this company it felt like a great environment. Work responsibilities and goals were explained well and communication and team collaboration was enouraged. Now it's the opposite. Everyone is very disconnected and the job is high stress with very few benefits. PTO

Somewhat flexible. Remote work available

Cons

Horrible training. Micromanagement. Management pretends to listen, but responds with the fake, ",nothing they can do" attitude. Doesn't pay NEARLY enough for the job requirements. There's no way it will last. Another example of a business who goes down slowly because no one understands their job. (Due to no fault of their own)
