      Not worth the headaches

      They can be little flexible with kids and appts

      Cons

      Over all not a competitive paying company. The more you work the less they compensate. New hires always getting more than those who have been there longer. They can be flexible but things have become so micromanaged they stress you

      - Good PTO Plan - Frequent surveys to ask your input on the company/management - Remote Work - Training is thorough and processes are well organized - Management is transparent and helpful - Good team environment

      - Somewhat heavy workload - Learning processes can take time since there are so many projects/tasks to work on at once
