Pros

It's very diverse, and welcoming of LGBTQIA+ of all kinds. Good workplace for people with disabilities. Women and people of color are in leadership roles. Also a good company to grow with. They try to hire from within and support employees growth.

Cons

You have to use your vacation time before December 31st or lose it all. Yearly raises are minimal if you're not moving up

Communication with internal departments. How information is disseminated throughout the company. Feels like some do not understand Medicaid or Medicare rules.
