      I love the company's commitment to always promote employee participation. It feels like a big family that we share all our hopes and dreams and are supported by our teams and person leader. This summer photo contest was a fun way to share our activities!

      Cons

      Only negative is that our parent company is not in every state, YET... Superior Health Plan is a Great Place to Work! Love being able to work remote!
