      IT'S A REMOTE POSITION AND GOOD BENEFITS

      Cons

      They value quantity over quality, poor management, no one will ever advocate for you but yourself, the employees that work to make things better and more efficient are pushed out , management will place other employees work on you rather than holding employee accountable, , high turnover rate

      Pros

      remote work from home, benefits, salary, co-worker team able to work more successfully without management most of the time

      Cons

      micromanagement, middle management frequent turn over, unrealistic turn around time based on staffing, process changing daily, poor management/supervisor skills, toxic environment at times.

      Pay is decent. Benefits is okay. Non - management team are really good people. You make friends and really good pot lucks

      Cons

      The work and mandatory overtime for this position is not worth it! There is no work to life balance . If you don't have PTO and have an emergency it's counted against you. All the supervisor are/where friends so you can't talk to one without the others knowing.
