      Pay is good; benefits are good; management is fair

      Cons

      They say they believe in promoting from within but it didn't workout for me. Inadequate training or no training at all. It's sink or swim.

      Literally none. Decent people is about all I can come up with

      Cons

      Worst talent level I've ever seen. To call people stupid is an understatement. Management has had no real corporate experience; all they know is publicly administered healthcare, which is incredibly nonsensical. They don't get metrics, data, leadership, communication. None of them.
