Some people there are nice, and try to be helpful

Cons

The CEO does reply all emails to berate people publicly, the threat of being fired hangs over everyones heads, he screams at people in conference rooms regularly, the customers scream at people because the product is poorly managed and buggy. no one knows what they're doing to mitigate issues and you're expected to be working and available almost 24/7. I have never been so happy to leave a place as I was on my last day.
