Pros
- team is great. people are friendly and serious about work, but don't take themselves too seriously. zero people with big egos or toxic personalities - company is heading in the right direction. new ceo built Morningstar and knows the playbook to grow us to a $1B+ company - best benefits package i've seen at a Chicago startup
Cons
- the business model pivoted back in 2018 and there has been some cleanup and re-org on the tech side. normal for an early stage company
