Pros

Motivated me to retire, and the last two years working there was the best experience of my entire working career. That is when I decided to quit but I didn't tell anyone. I spent the last two years trying to get fired, all my Comcast clients and myself had more fun than I ever thought was possible, I kind of miss them. "Thanks for calling Comcast and providing you with world class customer service... Thank you sir! Now stop cussing me out and screaming at me, I'm trying to tell you this is your lucky day sir! Why? Because I am trying to get fired so I'm telling everyone the truth today! Oh everything will make sense when we are done ...1. The "$5 monthly access fee under taxes etc. There is no such thing, Take that off your bill! 2. Never going to fix your internet, that cost money 3. .... My coworkers could not figure out how me and all my callers were laughing our a&^% off lol. So one Pro is they will never fire you, trust me I tried for two years, unbelievable lol

Cons

They worst working experience you'll ever have in your life. Up until you try to get fired, then you'll laugh your a&^% off all day. "Congratulations Ms. You figured it out, Comcast is a fraudulent company, Google Lawsuits Comcast, you'll see." I would help when I could and when I couldn't I even helped them "Call your realtor and put that house up for sale, unless you want to live in a internet dead zone.. When shopping for a new house the most important question to ask is 'who is the service provider in this area?'
